Project Funding

Liquid Capital Southwest can provide you with term debt if your company has irrevocable, minimum “take or pay” obligations from investment-grade rated customers.   We can structure True 3-, 5-, or 7-year “bullet” loans, like “zero coupon loans,” to facilitate construction or other projects that have back-end cash flows. Our project financing comes without the unwelcome surprises, post-funding reporting requirements, and equity participation obligations you find from private equity, mezzanine and venture capitalists; projects should fund in less time than most mezzanine and hedge-funded finance companies. Our financing is less expensive than traditional financing; we take no equity in your project and are compensated by the Lender-in-fact from our American insurance company investors.

Use your best customer’s promise to pay as loan collateral
